  Troy Stephens1924 Things to strongly suggest that this is a photo of Troy Stephens: 1. Austin Stephens believes his father Edwin Stephens once told him this was Troy, but this was not noted on the photo. 2. "Belle Studio, Long Beach" is embossed on the photo. Troy is known to have lived in Long Beach. 3. A known photo of Troy in a group of family members at a much later time was cropped and compared to this photo using facial recognition software at FamilySearch.
